Tshego Sefolo CA(SA)

CEO


Tshego is responsible for overall management of the business and is involved in transaction origination, execution and post investment value management. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Honours degree from the University of Natal and is a qualified Chartered Accountant. He also holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Witwatersrand.
He is the Chairman and director of Provest Holdings, Provantage Media Group and Spilltech. Furthermore, he also serves on the boards of a number of companies including: Debis Fleet Management, Henkel SA, Outdoor Network, Innovation Group, Acquatico, BBE Group and Feedem. He also serves on various board sub-committees of Agile’s portfolio of investments.

Londeka Shezi CA(SA)

Director


Londeka holds a Bachelor of Commerce Honours degree from the University of Witwatersrand and is a qualified Chartered Accountant. She completed her articles with Pricewaterhouse Coopers in 2009 where she served within the Banking division.
Prior to joining Agile, Londeka was a junior transator in the Leverage and Acquisitions team at Standard bank where she gained invaluable experience in debt advisory. Followed by a move into private equity as a dealmaker at Zungu Investments, a diversified investment holding company in SA.
She represents Agile on the Boards of Provantage, Innovation Group,Acquatico, Goldrush, Spilltech, BBE Group and Feedem. Londeka also serves on various board sub committees.

Bulumko Ndema CA(SA)

Associate


Bulumko holds a Bachelor of Commerce Honours degree from the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
Prior to joining Agile, he was an Associate at Fieldstone Africa, a project finance advisory boutique specialising in energy and infrastructure. Bulumko completed his articles with Deloitte Johannesburg in 2014 where he served within the General Audit division. After qualifying, Bulumko joined Deloitte’s Capital Markets Advisory team as a manager where he specialised in the valuation of primary and derivative financial instruments.

Laela Msimang

Analyst


Laela is an Analyst at Agile Capital. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Johannesburg and is currently a CFA institute candidate.
Prior to joining Agile, she was an analyst at Fieldstone Africa, a global advisory boutique that specialises in project finance within the renewable energy, power and infrastructure sectors. She was involved in the generation, research, financial modelling and valuations of transactions within the SA REIPPP program.
